25 awesome 80's cartoon intro themes

Am I old when I say that those themes are that much better than modern ones?

Of course there are good modern musical themes like Shaun the Sheep but still I have the feeling that then everything seemed possible. Could be that I was still a kid then, who would have thought?!

So what do you serve your kids?

Wauw that looks amazing! But it is also from another time ;)

Robotech is from 1985

Noooo! Really? :D It looks 3D!

Japan is always ahead of the curve with animation. That's why we watched Robotech. It was the best quality animation on T.V.

Well you got me on that one, it looked really 3D and awesome, are you sure it wasn't redone? :)
I'm showing Japanese anime to my preteen daughters because they seem much more sensitive and artful.

I am very unsure about a video I found on youtub that was labelled the same as a cartoon that I watched 32 years ago. It's always good to confirm the source.

Hehe don't worry about it, the original looked even better!

It seems you have some explaining to do...

I wish someone would explain it to me.

Re-mastered (highest quality available in the world)? Is it a whole film?

i always say to myself: do not talk how better things were when i was young, cause it is not, we can't compare. Our generation had something, the generation before had something else, and today's generation another thing that they like. You can't compare what is better, because you do not know what you would like today if you were that young, with that "kid brain". I hope I did not wrote it too complex :)

I agree but not a 100% :) People would draw by hand, now it would be too expensive. Why do you think that is?

No idea what it was about but the Mask theme I remember fondly. Weird how memories work!
