Worry Never Fixes Anything: A Computer Composed Album

I thought, hey why not put one of these odd computer composers to the test. It's perfectly good and free! Well... not if you want to invest money in music. Here's something I made via a cloud composer and I think it's sort of funny.

Here's a photo of it in the making:

What is http://www.fakemusicgenerator.com/? They provide generated music albums that you can use. Literally no copyrights or restrictions. There's art, album title, artist names, track titles, lengths, and the music with the midi files. I downloaded the midi files and plan to use high-quality samples to replace one or two of the tracks. Just as a comparison so you can see side by side how it might work.

It might be fun to take a track like "Fist Full of Mysteries" and re-input the midi into good sounding instruments to see how cool it would be. But another idea is to take a song like "Strange Look" and input new instruments such as a woodwind ensemble or try to orchestrate it to sound good.

Does anyone find this interesting? I can shoot you the midi file of the tracks if you want to try it too.

The Tracks

1 Regrets On The Backseat 2:17
2 Reckless Doubts 2:27
3 Fist Full Of Mysteries 3:19
4 Disco Girl 3:03
5 I Don't Deserve That Either 1:05
6 Procrastination From A Distance 2:47
7 Supernatural Jokes 2:20
8 Dinner Like a Pauper 5:50
9 Secret Ghost 2:35
10 Raking In The Fear 1:38
11 Strange Look 2:07
12 I Got Your Chick 1:30
13 Laugh at Him 2:59
14 Karma Can't Hide Forever 2:02

What I find most amazing, is the simplicity it was in setting up the generator. Several of them are just so simple, you choose basic specs you want it to go off of and it just takes off and runs. A lot of them have similar lines that I noticed, and I've started to see while listening through different tracks it makes. With a little crafty orchestration and mixing, it might actually make something semi-interesting!

Steemians, please let me know what you think of the computer generated music.
