You see reggae style has been my choice right my childhood when I grew interest in music . It’s more than just singing , I see reggae has a melodies from the soul for souls. The melody is soothing and relaxing, oh I love reggae music.
As a reggae singer, I hope to be on the big stages someday. Reggae is my passion, the life I’ve chosen .

Hello @rok-sivante

...And although I had listened to the album around that time, for whatever reason, it didn't really catch my interest.

Almost everyone does experience this. The 'sweetness' an album is mostly not appreciated in the first listening experience but subsequent experiences. Since realizing this, I don't rush to take decision on an album until I have listened to it severally.

Regards.

Genuinely speaking i was not aware about this word "Reggae", but due to my curiosity i searched about the Reggae and got to know that it's an Genre and Bob Marley also performed on these genres and this Genre started from 1960s in Jamaica, and music doesn't need much introduction because if we can feel the music then we don't need any meaning of words, our body can move automatically. I go through random musics and i always try to feel the deep essence of particular music because i am a person who finds the spiritual connection in every music and tend to connect with music without any words.

Sometimes we see some musical masterpieces which can create history and whenever we listen those music they give fresh essence and can boost the same musical spirit every time, and i personally passionate about Football so for me one of the masterpiece is Wavein Flag World Cup Music which always raise my spirit.

Thanks for sharing this post with us and wishing you an great day. Stay blessed. πŸ™‚

I really love the album, and I like you wondered what was
up with good old uncle Snoop, why he changed his name.
I didn't know there was a documentary, I am definitely

Reggae music has not really gained as much recognition as it had gotten when the like of lucky dube, Bob Marley just to mention a few where in the industry.

But some artists are bringing some new style into reggae that I enjoy. Here in Nigeria there is a guy that tries something close to that. His name is patoranking the song he sang that I enjoyed is ALUBARIKA

The only difference between what they're doing now and what the founders of this genre of music did is the messages music which their music portrayed.
The founders sang about freedom, and against bad leadership, and also preached love but now the artists now sing only about women, parties and so on. I feel the difference is now message, and that's why they're not getting it right. Thanks @rok-sivante from yours @tobex.

reggea and Bob Marley's legendary music, I have never been to enjoy the song directly, but the one I love from reggea music is the vibrant and stylish rhythm that many imitate ala jamaika and many people of Aceh then mengidolakan Bob Marley with a style that typical and the symbol of marijuana leaves ..

this is amazing . i love reggae

Reggae music really shows something different, the music makes us drift and dissolves in relaxing music and animates. In Indonesia, there are some reggae artists I like like Tony Q Rastafara, Ras Muhammad and Mbah Surip who died several years ago.

Speak reggae music, yes talk Bob Marley. I am very touched by your paragraph below.

As a DJ, who spent copious amounts of time searching through music, I had always found it incredibly difficult to find new reggae that was on par with Marley, the Toots, etc. Thus, finding such gems is a real treat. And, I had recently rediscovered one that surprisingly passed me by before - and probably was overlooked by many:

Snoop Lion's "Reincarnated"

I am a listener usual, very agree with you. Bob Marley around the world know him with the quality of outstanding makes it more famous. But for "Snoop Lion" thank you for mengenalkannya, and I want to hear it, as the listener only.

The album came out in 2013, just a month before I saw the rap legend performing live in Bali at Potato Head Beach Club.

I'm from Indonesia, how do you respond about Bali and their love of reggae music?

Thank you very much for sharing, my friend. I new follow you. I'm sorry if my presence might not make you comfortable.πŸ™

It is a mix of folk music of this Central American country with the rhythm of RnB, jazz and ska music. Artists such as Peter Tosh, Jimmy Cliff and especially the legendary Bob Marley have been instrumental in bringing Reggae to the rest of the world. I know this song in 2014 ^^

Reggae artists are often very distinctive. They have dreadlock-shaped roots that symbolize the source of life. Their uniforms usually have three main colors: red (blood of slaves against the yoke of rule), gold (land, resources) and green (grassland, woodland). In particular, the majority of these artists participate in the Rastafari movement encouraging humankind to live in peace, justice, peace and love for each other. Therefore, when listening to Reggae music, people often feel the freedom, fun, free and close in the melody and lyrics of the songs.I guess so.
