It's pretty well established given the fact that federal DMCA regulations have made it abundantly clear. - Posting content that isn't Fair Use and doesn't belong to you is just taking advantage of this platform and will lead to its undoing. - Also, keep in mind that while DTube and Steemit aren't liable the person posting the infringing content still is.

I don't see this being an undoing of Youtube's platform, which also pays out based on traffic, and while this may be monetized, it isnt unil any funds are actually cashed out and converted to fiat. I could spend time to make a point of this being educational or for personal use, but looking through your posts and engagement it seems like you make a hobby of being argumentative. That is what the blog post was for, and i'd be more than happy to debate further there. However, I do appreciate your response and understand your point. Feel free to flag the post if this bothers you. Thanks!

There is no issue with being "bothered". The issue is the legality of your posting which isn't even questionable.
