I call them earwigs and they are TERRIBLE! Most of the time I have to turn the TV or radio off about an hour before I go to sleep or the last song/tune I hear plays over and over and over in my head. It's enough to drive a person crazy. But if I'm awake and moving around, I'll put the song on repeat and sing along. :)
