It is strange that there is a trend towards the end of October for things to start looking up again and history does repeat itself over and over again.

I have looked back at the Bitcoin graphs from previous years and thee is definitely a pattern forming. The market has been on a slide since January/February and it has been a bear market for the entire year. I am hopeful that things will change very soon and the previous trends we have seen over the last few years will continue.

The current charts from the trade analysts show that we are close to a point where it is about to turn  and go up and timings are hard to predict but this month looks like it is the case.

There can be no saying for sure if that will happen. This is because, over the last year, so many changes have occurrences and government regulations in many countries have ensured that cryptocurrency doesn't flourish.

However, I'm choosing to be optimistic. Last year, so much went right for me because I got into cryptocurrency. I'm really hoping that the exact same thing happens again.

I think the biggest determinant would be people's reactions to the holiday especially in Asia. It's bad enough that many countries in Asia don't want to adopt cryptocurrency because of the threat it poses to their economy and their centralized systems.

We can only hope and pray at this time. I'm even open the view of that the way this year ends will, to a large extent, determine people's behaviour in 2019.

You are correct, there has been a trend over time for the end of the year to have a run up in the prices of crypto across the board.  Many people will say that it is due to the Asian holidays and people buying gifts.

With all of the regulations that have come and gone over the past year in the crypto space, it will be interesting to see if that trend still holds true.

Personally, I think that we will see another bullish trend through the end of the year and then after that things will move into another bull cycle.

Humans tend to be creatures of habit and there is nothing I have seen so far to suggest that this coming year will be any different from the previous ones.  Sure the highs might be a little higher or the lows a little lower, but the overall bull/bear cycle will probably remain the same.
