They don't need to lie, yet as a rule, they can't altogether stay away from it.

A few things to figure in here:

Lawmakers are typically chosen authorities, which implies they require bolster from the electorate. Not very many can ever be chosen just by speaking to a solitary part of a gathering stage, and in this way, their allure must be more extensive. For the most part, that comprises of making guarantees to the individuals who might some way or another not vote in favor of them - but rather having the capacity to convey on these guarantees isn't generally conceivable, nor even sensible.

Lawmakers need to impair extremely complex issues for the electorate to comprehend them. There aren't numerous individuals will's identity ready to comprehend the subtleties of things like leaving the EU (Brexit), or an Atomic Test Boycott Bargain, or expanding/diminishing outside guide. The electorate have a tendency to favor short, sharp soundbites: thus lawmakers offer them to them.

To accomplish their points: take a gander at the Brexit Submission. The Leave battle disclosed to some astounding falsehoods and misleading statements, fail to say different angles (like the sum the UK would need to pay the EU so as to leave on great terms), but, in this manner, they achieved their objective: to get a greater part vote in the Submission, and start Brexit. Had they been straightforward, odds are the outcome would have gone the other way.

They're just human. Keep in mind: you don't spend throughout the day, consistently in the spotlight, nagged by the media for points of interest on the delicious prattle of the week. Legislators are under colossal weight, and should be believed to do as much as really do. It's dedicated under those conditions, and at last, there will be times when it's simpler to shoot a brisk lie than go into the complexities required with reality.

At times it's fundamental. Take a gander at the promulgation of WW2: regularly governments on the two sides educated shocking falsehoods concerning the restriction keeping in mind the end goal to rouse individuals to achieve the objectives required for triumph/survival. Untruths can be spurring.

The media machine must be nourished: it's a cliché of news coverage that, in the event that they're not given loads of data, they'll go burrowing for stuff, which can be badly arranged. Regularly, lawmakers will make a smokescreen to divert the media machine with the goal that it can center around doing the matter of government.

So you don't consider them important: Donald Trump is a specialist at this. He seethes, shoots unseemly tweets, and gets individuals blended up about the easily overlooked details to divert them from his genuine activity execution. Unfortunately for him, both are cause for gloom! Be that as it may, George Hedge utilized a similar strategy amid the Second Inlet War: occupy the media to deflect consideration far from his very own failings in the workplace.

It has long been studied by sociologists. One of them, Andrew Little. Professor of political science research at Cornell University, then unravel his interesting findings in a work paper titled "Propaganda and Credulity," which was just released September 2015 ago.

Little studies find, the cause of politicians like to lie, is because people want to be lied to. In fact, there is a conscious who has become a victim of the lie.

Lying is the Indicator of Smoothness-No Authority

In his Work Paper, Little interestingly presents the exposure of the game theory model, which shows what and how the lies of leaders and officials, how to finally be trusted as the truth by the community.

The lie itself, according to Little's review, is actually an indicator of the seriousness of authority to be serious or not, in solving society's problems. It is also a measure of whether or not a notion of leadership, or of leadership, in carrying out its mandate.

What is troublesome is, if the lack of understanding to the problem makes the authorities do not know what to do. So can not distinguish which is important, which is precarious. Confused which one should be prioritized - because it is an emergency - whichever one can get. Tend to think and act tactically. Not long-term. So, boro-boro, finish. What does not solve the problem of society in the future.

But why do people really want to be lied to?

Little Find: because lying is the expression of power itself. So the greater the power; the higher the position, the more lies even more forgiveness. Practices are commonly used, by making the lie as a noise that is constantly noisy sounded played. Until finally, long-time, embedded in the minds of the audience, that lie was the truth.

The form of lies of politicians Little studied: From historical forgery. Denial of policy failure. Influences for Media to twist the wrong to look right. Disseminating misleading and disseminating campaigns. All for the benefit of the authorities concerned

Surprisingly, people tend to be lied to. According to Little, it is because those who believe in the lies of majority leadership will be more respected. Social status is better. In short, more powerful. Compared to those who refused to be lied to - by Little they are termed the Sighted - a minority.

While the conscious are being lied to, then reject the lie, it is potentially a victim of bully socially. Considered 'weird'. Experiencing alienation. His position is isolated. Even labeled as common enemy.

In his explanation, Little says, the factor of the lie is easy to believe in society, it is because there is "strong social pressure." The power of this respected people, socially 'imposing' consensus and 'pseudo truth' has a certain importance. In fact, with society increasingly educated, intelligent, skeptical and critical, the practice of deception will be difficult to succeed.

A similar phenomenon, termed a spiral of silence. In this post, it describes how politically correct, often just because it is supported by many iconic figures, celebrities, and socially respectable citizens. Consequently, those who argue differently-are true once-become a minority. Nahasnya, politically, most votes are considered the right

I believe this question is wrong. And I have a strong reason to believe that. First of all its stereotyping. Not necessarily all politicians lie.. there are good people who joined the politics for doing so good. But the reason is there are so many difficulties that they have to get through before they can make their promises a reality. Then again not everyone has the same mindset. What I am saying is that not every politician is a liar. Just like not every policeman or government officials are corrupt.

Although if you there is anything we can do about the situation is to appriciate the good decision and deed if any of the politicians managed to get it done.. I feel sad if I ever put myself in their shoes most of the time they are labelled bad guys even before they get to prove their worth. Working under constant lynching is really tough, no wonder may give up and just stop resisting..

And if you look at the question other way.. aren't we all liar.. if lying is not keeping your promises.

because politicians are like advertising company which make you believe that they give you best products at cheapest prices and when you start use them m you give them middle finger. so those who use advertising for winning an election , how can you believe them .

What functions admirably to spot liars in day by day life doesn't generally work for government officials.

Ordinary liars know reality about something, and don't need you to know it. They endeavor to get this going by beguiling you.

Legislators manage things they have no immediate association in a large portion of the

time. They don't really comprehend what actually, they just realize what they've been advised by the sources they chose to trust. Those sources may

not be right, yet the lawmaker does not realize that direct, so to the extent they know, they ARE coming clean. Reality as they probably am aware it, at any rate.

Quickness is the spirit of mind, Villa stated, and it is valid for political discourse as

well. Numerous issues are, exceptionally confounded, and the overlooked details are the main problem. The voting open isn't very much prepared to retain mind desensitizing

points of interest, be that as it may, so the issues must be incredibly rearranged for a government official to address them. Any PC client recognizes what happens when a document is

incredibly compacted, and a similar thing occurs with reality in confused issues. A ton of the little points of interest get lost!

Why do politicians lie?
because the system is not in accordance with the rules of the street, those who politics sometimes can not contribute either tools or materials to the people who in the period during the campaign and eventually lie or break promises.

In politics very many challenges that must be noticed. Sometimes they lie in order to save themselves and the party that runs it.

To get extra benefit politicians lie and the reason behind this if they donot lie to audience they won't get any benefit from votes if they give some lie speech and convience the audience to get some votes it will be better to get votes to win the election.

They lie because they need votes, it's as simple as that.

Let's take a country in which the whole system got corrupted. Imagine you are a politician and were elected by people after giving certain promises.
Let's say you promised people that you would build a hospital having 2000 patients as capacity.
The money required for building such a hospital would be 20K$.You've now requested the government to release the fund.
Head officials would take 15% and give pass the rest.
District or province officials would take 5%.
You, if honest would not take any but if not, 5% drops into your pocket.
The contractor who builds the hospital would take 5%.
The rest amount would be 14k$ and with that you might not be able to build the desirable hospital. You haven't stood on your word, it might be because of you or the other person but the promise is broken.
Some of the plans would not even execute because of corruption.

You can tell them it's one kind of their profession. You may be know how much a politician warns in a week. And all of his earnings comes from corruption. And when a election will happens a huge amount of money need. And that money also comes from his/her black money. To continue their reign and rules they tells lie always.
It's one kind of their profession.

Politicians lie because to get more votes as they will not get any votes for their positive thoughts they will lie to get the audience in front of them. They will just lie will we change the wold to will the election and if i will in the election i will solve your all problems as they lie this things to get the attraction of the politicians.
