Let's put it this way. In order to work off an average pint of lager you have to walk a mile. I'm from Ireland and lots of guys are trying to lose weight but cannot because they drink at the weekend.. this is why more and more people are drinking spirits such as vodka and gin. No calories so the girls love them . Makes sense No?
