     Sadly, I seldom go to a dentist. Every year is good enough for me. I find no problem with that as I adhere to a strict dental hygiene.

        I visit my dentist every 4 months, not because I have dental problems, I just do a basic health check. By the way, if someone lives in London there is an excellent dentist clinic, I highly recommend!
