Have you ever tried taking out sugar from your daily diet and replace it with honey? Would you do that if you knew how healthy honey is comparing it with sugar or just if a medical situation would require it?

I have done that before and it was really nice.

But the truth is that i will not want to use honey on a regular basis instead of sugar because am already use to sugar.

So for honey, maybe its when there is an emergency medical condion
