Aging comes with reduced energy and strength. As a person grows older, their youthful vigour and strength starts reducing. The joints and muscles will start getting weaker and the person will start getting tired easily. This is even worse for people that hardly exercise. Exercising is one of the ways that we strengthen our hearts and muscles. Someone that has developed stamina and strength through constant exercising will still be very much active as he/she grows older than someone that doesn't

Old age comes with weakened bodily organs, but those that have built their hearts, muscles, joints and bodily organs through constant exercising will be able to reduce the weakening effects of old age on their system than those that hardly exercise.
