Avoid the habit, because our body clearly needs to rest after and before activities. So try to sleep enough, with the recommended duration.

Only about 8 hours per day, after completing all activities, and return home at 8 pm.

I sleep 9 hours a day. When I sleep less I get headache. Those who tell that normal sleeping hours is 7-8 are lying because every person has it's own needs.

On a weekday, I typically get 6 hours of sleep. I will catch up on my sleep on a weekend, but I won't sleep more than 8 hours.

I try to sleep less so that I can work more and be more productive. But I guess different people need different amount of sleep to be productive.
