    Yes it is, but to get users using your platform, you definitely need to promot it. I developed a discussion board steemstack.net on steem and it's online since some days, now the hardest part is to promote it.

    Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    • Disagreement on rewards
    • Fraud or plagiarism
    • Hate speech or trolling
    • Miscategorized content or spam
