Yeah he is not really the number guy, but more a creator and he knows that he is good at engineering and Design and public relation work, but not that good at business administration (or having not enough time :) ) so he is giving this nearly completely to other persons, not every business man si smart to realize and to concentrate only on the things he is good at. Many people try to do everything even if it's not fun for them or they aren't even good at it.
