It is only in my dreams
I have set my eager feet there,
But my mind and heart
Still long a first hand contact.
Magnificent they are;
The favorable view from any angle,
My eyes can’t afford to resist
Man! I love nature.
Oh! Tell me about the cool breeze;
Showers everywhere,
Flora so lively green
And thick as cream.
Surely!
The best are always reserved,
I explored the least in awe
But this one waited to be last.
Oh yes!
Maybe last but not least,
With more stories to tell
It remains the best place to be.
Hmm!
Even the mystery so fascinating;
The Golden Still remains uncollectible,
Some wannabe history makers even perished.
What a heritage so beautiful,
What a history so wonderful,
Although not so popular
Mutarazi Falls has caught my attention.

I would like to acknowledge Jtouchjohn and Tariro Chikodze for their selfless response to my request for information on the Mutarazi Falls. I got to learn more I had not known and fuelled my desire to visit the site.
What’s so special about this site?
Mutarazi Falls besides being the 17th highest in the world and 2nd highest in Africa, it is the highest Water Falls in Zimbabwe. The heart breaking part is that it does not receive the recognition worthy of it.
It also holds the mystery of the Golden Stick which is claimed to have led to the disappearance of many individuals and even groups. Such history is the kind we should be learning and getting to unearth the real mysteries that is in our backyards.
It has also been noted that the falls are poorly marketed. The Victoria Falls, although 654m(2146ft) smaller than Mutarazi Falls. It receives more publicity and the same should be done for the Mutarazi Falls and enhance more tourist attraction. In the region we have another distinct Falls called the Nyama Falls which are rarely visited.
I have decided to take it into my goals to find certain unpopular sites and get to write something about it. Whether big or small, I shall achieve this goal.
