Saleum, Peuhaba?

Salam, Apa kabar? Itulah arti kata bahasa Aceh "Saleum, Peuhaba?" semoga kita senantiasa sehat selalu.

Hi, how are you? That is the meaning of the Acehnese word "Saleum, Peuhaba?" hopefully we are always in healthy.

Setiap daerah, pasti punya keindahan tersendiri yang tidak bisa kita bandingkan dengan daerah lain. Demikian juga dengan kota ku. Kota ku berada di kabupaten Aceh Jaya, Indonesia, yaitu kota Calang. Kota ku ini tidak hanya kaya akan pantainya, tetapi juga kaya akan pulau-pulaunya yang eksotis. Salah satu pulau pavoritku adalah pulau Keuh. Kenapa pulau ini menjadi pavoritku? Yok ikuti perjalananku ke pulau ini.

Each region have the beauty that can not compare with other regions. How about my town? My town is the capital of Aceh Jaya district, Indonesia, named Calang. My town is not only rich of beaches, but also rich of exotic islands. One of my favorite island is Keuh Island. Why this island become my favorite? Lets follow my journey to this island.

Keuh Island - Pulau Keuh

Pulau ini berada di Gampong Patik, yaitu pada Km 122. Menuju pulau ini, kita melalui dermaga Patek. Di dermaga inilah kita naik perahu menuju pulau. Pulau Keuh tidak terlalu jauh, waktu tempuh naik perahu hanya 15 menit saja.

Keuh island located in Patik village, which is at Km 122. Towards this island, through Patek jetty. Many boat that can take us to the Keuh island. Keuh Island is not too far away, its only take 15 minutes on the boat.

Sesampainya kita di pulau, kita akan disambut oleh hamparan pasir putih. Rugi rasanya jika kita tidak berfoto di atas pasir putih dengan latar belakang pantai yang sangat cantik.

Diving and Lobster Hunting - Menyelam sambil berburu Lobster

Aktifitas selanjutnya adalah berburu lobster. Di pulau ini banyak terdapat lobster. Jika kita beruntung, kita bisa mendapatkan lobster yang sangat besar, tentu saja kita harus menyelam ke dalam laut.

The next activity is lobsters hunting. Many lobsters in thia island. If we get lucky, we can get big lobsters, of course we have to diving into the sea. Lucky me, we got bis lobster.

Fresh Coconut Water - Segarnya Air Kelapa

Tak perlu khawatir akan kehausan. Di pulau Keuh ini, banyak sekali pohon kelapa. Kita tinggal memanjat pohon kelapa untuk memetik buahnya. Untungnya salah satu kawan saya pandai memanjat pohon kelapa, sehingga kami bisa merasakan segarnya air kelapa muda.

Don't worry about thirsty. In this island a lot of coconut trees. We just clim the coconut trees to take the coconuts. Lucky me, one of my friends can climbing coconut trees. So we can feel the coconut water. Very fresh :)

Relax on the Hammock - Bersantai di atas Hammock

Aktifitas berikutnya, kita tinggal memasang hammock dan menikmati keindahan pulau. Bagiku ini adalah syurga tersembunyi. Dan aku sangat beruntung tinggal di kota ku. Kamu kapan ke sini?

The next activity is relax on the hammock. We just enjoy the beauty of Keuh island. For me this is a hidden paradise. And I'm very lucky to live in my town. When do you come here?
