I love different toppings on my salad, and this is the mandarin oranges! They have a sweet taste and when combine with other toppings to mix in with all different lettuce, it is just perfect.

Good thinking--I haven't used mandarins in my salads in a while! They do add a great sweet citrus pop of flavor.
