Hello steemers, Today i want to share with you my day in photos. It's training day at the firehouse. First thing i do on training day is get a cup☕ of mud to get my day going. Then i have to complete the study material on the subject of training.
Training for this month is on Fire behavior. In this class we learned about how fire🔥 acts or responds on a small scale. The fire box in the picture is a training prop that represents a house built with a wood construction.
Next pic shows a fire🔥 load inside a wooden constructed house. This demonstration shows everyone how long it took to start a fire with natural materials and the time it took for the radiant heat to catch the house and contents a blaze.
Fully involved. In this moment you see all the contents of the structure on fire🔥. In this class we learned about fire flow paths and the time it took for a flash over situation to happen. I enjoyed this class because it's hands on without having a house burning down.
The best part of training day is the Free lunch. lol This time we order fresh tacos🌮 my favorite.

that's really interesting! I always think that fire is really beautiful. I mean - when you take the danger away!!!!
I can sit in front of a fire and just stare for a while. it's so calming (when it's contained) but it has such power too!!!!

Wow thanks for a look at your day - I bet it's interesting to go to the training days. I hate fire - it's my biggest fear! Though winter would be most uncomfortable without my wood burner lol. Lunch looked delicious by the way!!!

Thanks, i gained a whole new respect when i was younger and my burn caught fire. In my small town, most of the firefighters are volunteer and that where i started my journey to a paid career. We play hard and eat good. lol
