Hello! Thank you for the welcome! I have cut sugar out of my diet and feel so much better! Sugar is so bad for us in many ways; some studies suggest sugar may fuel the growth of cancer. And, since there are claims that sugar beets may contain GMO we would all do best to stay away from as much sugar as possible!
