Autumn bloom - MyPictureDay Submission

This series of photos was taken during a walk in the Brielmeersen Recreation Park in Deinze (Belgium). Me and my fiance were walking around the neighborhood and the pond for a long time. All the water in it is covered with duckweed. It is so green that it seems as if it is not water but a meadow. When we came closer to the water the frightened ducks flew to the big willow to hide under its branches. They left footprints in green water.

I am fascinated by the beauty of autumn leaves and flowers :)

The mushrooms are hiding under leaves.

The rays of the fading sun are still trying to warm the ground.

Looking into the sky you can see not only the leaves, but also flying wild geese.

And even the fallen dry plants look like a work of art.
