Bible study: "Think of us in this way, as servants of Christ and stewards of God's mysteries."

Faced with divisions in the Corinthian church, Paul writes in his first letter to the Corinthians about how a true apostle and teacher in the faith should be perceived: "Think of us in this way, as servants of Christ and stewards of God's mysteries.", 1 Corinthians 4:1

To be servants of Christ means to be servants of the eternal and immutable, that is, of the Word of God:
"In the beginning was he Word
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning.
Through him all things were made;
without him nothing was made that has been made.
In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. John 1:1-3
Thomas Aquinas in his book Suma Theologiae explains that God is the perfection to the maximum degree, that is why wisdom corresponds to God, there is nothing more perfect than wisdom, the word of God in essence is the wisdom engendered by the counsel (listen, meditate with intuition and inspiration, decide with discernment).
Be stewards of God's mysteries means to be stewards of the mysteries of Wisdom. Religions exist for a cause, human reason is insufficient to reach the truth, that is why there are mysteries. The Christian faith sets out to reach that truth and those mysteries through the way of Christ, the way of mercy and righteousness.
The apostles explain to us that the mysteries of wisdom are revealed to us through prophetic activity, the purpose of prophecy is to teach, correct, warn about the path that man chooses. Those who love money cannot understand the meaning of prophecy, humility of heart is needed to understand the invisible that is revealed to reason: "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven", Matthew 5:3; when a prophecy is made, it is to indicate a path, a path that should not be changed. That is why the bible teach: "No, we declare God's wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began", 1 Corinthians 2:7.
