Name of the dish"nargisi kofta".This dish is based
on meat&eggs.Many people like this dish.I hope when

Recipe(How to make Nargisi kofty):
For Koftas;
- Eight eggs
- 500 grams finely ground lamb mince
- 1 medium sized onion chopped very fine
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped very fine
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 6 to 8 cups vegetable cooking oil for deep frying

Nice to see foods from other country and continents, the ingredients similar to the ones used for making cakes, and the picture looks like one too. Though these are not my type of dish, I may like to try it out someday.
