Cold water swimming in Maidla lake

@porters here on behalf of @NaturalMedicine – Nothing like a good polar bear swim! I hope you had a good place to warm up in! We use to go for a hot sauna then chop a hole in the ice and jump in - very invigorating!

We didn't have a place to warm up this time, our bodies had to do all the work afterwards. Usually we sit in a sauna for a while, but all cold pools with saunas are closed atm.

The dip into ice water after sauna is a nice tradition here as well, cold swimming is a tad different as you go in before sauna and often stay in longer. I'm in the phase where i can stay in the water for a minute or a bit more, but goal is for 3 minutes :)
