Wow is all I can really say when I see this. I have only ever witnessed ball lightning two times in my entire life and I wasnt fortunate to have a camera available. We have all seen lightning many times, but to see it do such a strange thing and form a firey ball is a wild thing. Have you seen this before? it can be scary if you do not know what it is, I would imagine people thinking Zeus was upset with their behavior.
