Why do hurricane bear human names? 😖

After threatening thousands of life in Texas, the hurricane has move to Houston, and the Houston residents are trapped at rooftops..

Hurricane is a natural disaster but I wonder why experts always give it human names when they are not here to protect humans...
LORD please take this storm away and HELP US! 🙏🙏🙏
