We hear different opinion about Raining when the sun is scorching phenomena. In some Indonesia's territory when I was child, I was being told that the phenomena happen when there is a person who died. So that without we want, we always call that Rain with 'Died Person Rain'.
On other hand, when I grow, I hear in South Korea, that Rain mean that A Fox is crying. So I conclude, every territory has it's own story. Every cultures have their own story. It's impossible to be all the same.
Other than that, actually it was nature phenomena that created by God, for us, and to think so that we will be gratefull to The Creator.
