I would strongly recommend buying tupelo honey. It is found in the SE part of the US, where the tupelo trees grow (along rivers). It is superior in taste and quality. I would suggest finding a local bee keeper in this area to ensure you are getting a pure tupelo. You will often find this honey being diluted with other honey otherwise. Also a good bee keeper with have a % profile of the amount of tupelo found in their honey.
