Hey everyone, this was bittersweet (excuse the ambiguity) We harvested 8 frames from around 4 hives, which for this time of the year was rather low, but we need to be grateful for every drop we get and we certainly are. This should taste like wild flower honey as at this point that is what is predominantly growing and the bees are veraciously harvesting!
Here I took a short video of what capped honey looks like in the frame before we uncap it and spin it off..
