Why is the clean air that we breathe is important?

The air we breathe is a very important element in our health. In this air, there is not only the oxygen that feeds our cells. There are also negative ones, which are considered real air vitamins. When we are missing ours, we become irritable and nervous.

Ions are oxygen atoms, electrically charged, positively or negatively. These people enter our body through the lungs.
Positive ions, provoke an increase in celebrated neurotransmitters, responsible for the contraction of blood vessels. When they are able to add, they provoke migraine, nervousness, insomnia, arterial hypertension, and so on.
Negative ions, in turn, stimulate cell metabolism, improve exchanges, increase mental and physical tone, and improve mood.

Unfortunately, negative ions are much more delicate than positive ones. They arise in nature, under the effect of sun-drenched rays or by splashing water near waterfalls. In the natural environment, they account for up to 8000 negative per cubic cm3 of air to 3000 positive ions.

In a closed environment, within 1 hour, the report is reversed.
To get enough amount of negative ions, go as often as possible in the outdoor walks.
You bleed your apartment often enough, and 5 minutes with open windows to air a room.

There are also electric appliances called ionizers, which produce and distribute negative ones. If you live in a very polluted environment and when outside air is as poor as inside the apartment, we suggest you use these ionizing devices in the market.

Good post @drt follow and upvotes me zul88.thank you

Nice post. My wife and I walk for 5 km every day , mostly on a golf course so I hope we are beating hose 8000 negative ions.

The potential danger with this is that humans don't usually breathe ionized air, and many studies show that electromagnetically charged particles can damage lungs. Also, if an oxygen molecule bonds with two others, it becomes O3, or ozone. Ozone can irritate airways and exacerbate breathing-related problems. Though I 100 percent support grounding..
