Flowers under our feet - Convolvulus arvensis.

in nature •  8 years ago  (edited)

Convolvulus arvensis is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Convolvulaceae family with a curly stem and creeping branching rhizome.
This very interesting plant has been known to man for a long time and is used in folk medicine. It contains psychotropic alkaloids.
During flowering has beautiful flowers with bends in the form of a five-pointed star. And it grows right under our feet. See my photos.
