I dropped in some left over meat from lunch.

It must have been the taste that was so alluring. They moved most of the eggs and larvae to the water reservoir where they brought the food to.

The little brown/yellow bits are the meat.
Putting it all on the water reservoir must make it moisturise the meat. I think this helps liquify the meat for easier consumption.

I love the way they stack the brood in their various groups based on the stage of development.

The polygynous queens are left chatting with each other as most of the brood are either in the dining hall or, the pupae, in the tube.
