Jerusalem artichoke-a perennial plant that is well adapted to the harsh winters of temperate climates. It can not dig every year, it winters perfectly in the ground, does not need watering and weeding, always gives a good harvest. Jerusalem artichoke, medicinal properties and contraindications of which are well studied, has no analogues, and deserves special attention.
