Tea is a kind of beverage that is produced from the processing of tea plant leaves (Camellia sinensis). Leaves are in use usually is a shoot leaves plus 2-3 pieces of young leaves underneath. Leaves are then in though with the 'fermentation' before it can be consumed. Although the processing of tea leaves is done by 'fermentation' but in fact the processing does not use yeast (microorganisms) and also does not produce alcohol like the fermentation process in general.
