We are all well aware that we are living in the middle of an ecological disaster , there is lot of talk about conserving of the planet. In my experience as a conservationist and environmentalist, i worked mostly volunteer and for my work with NGO Kheti virasat mission was paid peanuts. I was expected to live an austere lifestyle. I tried setting up ecological tours to make it profitable but it didnt pick up either. I was only surviving coz of the support of my family .
But it didnt mean that i didnt have fun, i had great times connecting with people and building this mission to save river dolphins and further save the culture and ecology of Punjab.
I met my life partner as well in the process.
Currently in live in South of france still living with dreams of Ecological utopia.
I have found my peace i would say .
