Conferences going to 7 games

East Road

The road from the EAST has been a rather tricky one since the real favorite, and ex East conference champion was all the way to Number 4 (while the west was at 2). This made many of the playoff structure full of potential upsets including the #1 after having so many injuries and missing stars.

The interest part is how the Media reported on LeBron and the Cavs but seldomly review the struggles from the Celtics during the Bucks season as well as the 76ers season. While the Cavs total obliteration of the Raptors, should be something to be aware of.

The same happened for the Rockets and other team in the west that had to battle it out for 7 straight games, or even 6.

However being in this series has been a bit of a step back on the trust that Cavs capture after their Indiana series while the Celtics has kept getting praised for their tenacity beating 76ers and now taking LeBron to a 7 game series. Even if Celtics are like 2 positions above the Cavs. But is understandable nevertheless.

If Kyrie and Hayward weren't injured a lot of people would have been more leneant against the Cavs woos. However this is the same Cavs that wipe out a fully healthy Raptor team who won more games than Celtics and Warriors (in the West). So I guess is all up in the air at this point.

If Cavs beat the Celtics I think LeBron would be given all the props, if the Celtics win a lot of people would be nervous about the chances for LeBron to leave, and this season would be labeled a disappointment.

#West Road
The west has been tricky as well, with the Champs not having the number 1 seat, and the Rockets being design to beat the Warriors. There was a lot of trust on the Warrior camp by saying they were the favorite even if they didn't show it.

However the Rockets have delivered on it's promise by beating the Warriors in their house in 2 different occasions and even leading the series.

The Rockets however took serious losses like having their second super star in Chris Paul to be injured for the game 6 and be doubtful on game 7th.

Both games seemed to go very hard as the East and West have their doubtful players and also their trust more balanced. It can go either way on both conferences and we can certainly end up with a complete different finals from the previously anticipated.
