The Clemson Tigers have been placed in the number two spot after the College Football Playoff rankings were released. They will be hosting the Louisville Cardinals in what is essentially a gimme game. The Cardinals are 2-6 overall and have yet to win a single conference game. Louisville gives up 250 rushing yards a game, which spells bad news for them in the name of Travis Etienne. On the other end Clemson only gives up 90 rushing yards a game, which will force the Cardinals to be a one-dimensional team for this game and will have to rely on their passing abilities. Even then, it wont be enough.
The Tigers are currently a 39 point favorite with an over/under of 61 points. ESPN's Football Power Index gives Clemson the probability of a 99.2% chance of winning this game. This matchup with take place tommorrow morning at 11 AM Central Time and will be played at Memorial Stadium.
