    I used this pattern here - http://www.redheart.com/files/patterns/pdf/LW6066-Baby-Bear-Crochet-Hoodie-Free-Pattern.pdf

    However the overall length is shorter and for the last couple rows of the hat I did crochet some stitches together to give it a bit of a rounder shape.
