#012 - Observing My Own Negativity

Experiencing unpleasant or challenging situations is a great opportunity to change our mental habits of getting lost in the story.

I found myself stuck in a commuter train crammed up with tired and fed up people returning from work, and then observed the negative thoughts and emotions that arose in that situation.

As always, I believe the only way out is to drop the story, stop believing the mind, and put our awareness onto the sensations in the body.
