Yes, I believe that this is not surprising: usually projects based on NEO + a good useful idea make tokens very popular on the market and they grow very fast in price. And the projects themselves very quickly close their whitelists because of the large number of people wishing to participate.

In turn, I'm glad that I have already registered on the white list. Although somewhere it turned out :)
