To Do
Here are a few of the home repair projects that I will continuing once the kids start school in a few weeks. I'll report on the progress regularly as time goes on.
- Finish upstairs bathroom including recessed sink install
- Install shelves in kid's bedroom closet
- Install copper pipe for switch over from forced hot air to baseboard hot water
- Repair kitchen faucet
The upstairs bathroom is in the most dire need of completion. Last fall I managed to remove the old piping and floor. I got as far as install of a new toilet flange and outlet. However, I've had significant problems properly positioning the new wye adapter to ensure 1/4 inch per foot slope toward the stack.
So, this fall I'm going to need to rip out the wye adapter yet again... and give it a try one or two... or probably 5 times... until it's correct.
