I don't watch much tv and I've watched everything on my Netflix watch list. Since it's snowing on the east coast and it looks like I'll be home today, I decided to see what's new on Netflix and I stumbled upon Shot In The Dark.
I'm a few episodes in and I'm hooked! The production quality is really high and it's fascinating to see stringers workflow. Aside form having multiple cb radios and scanners, they actually edit the footage shortly after capture. You'd think they'd send the raw footage to media outlets but that isn't the case.
After you're done watching that I'd also highly suggest checking out Documenting Mexico's Most Violent Crimes on YouTube by Vice.
