fantastic write up! Upvoted. this will be my day 5 on steemit. you are very right about getting out what you put in. gone for work 12-14 hours a day doesn't leave me much time for steemit. I stayed up late to put out a new post last night. I like your observational ability. please have a look at my newest post post and let me know that I'm heading in the right direction.
