I'm not saying I don't look good, but I know I lost a LOT of muscle lately. (Especially visible in my glutes and shoulders) my fat % Is a little higher than the usual too, noticeable whenever I get boobs again 😂. _
All of this due to travelling and not being able to eat enough to maintain my muscle mass. I'll be very honest when I say my focus wasn't there & I lacked in eating right. Maybe it's not visible to the "normal" eye but I know what I looked like 😊

We all have these periods that it just doesnt want to work out the way we want to. Take notes. Learn from it. & Carry on. 🏃

I adjusted my food intake, training and sleeping routine. Even though tommorow I'm on the plane again.. I will try to do as much as possible to stay on track. I'm not feeling sad, but just very motivated to go back again to my heavy weights ✊ Motivation incoming!!!

Dammm you look good 👌😻

Thanks, I work hard for it haha
appreciate the kind words a lot!!!

Persistence is one of the most important things moving forward. Even when you're feeling down, going out to the gym and doing something is still better than doing nothing. May feel bad at the moment, but in a month or two when the progress shows thats when you get another boost of energy. Always focus on the bigger picture!

Exactly, still its always good to look at the details :)

Life is about enjoyment, you don't get extra points for finishing with a tight, toned, muscular body.

And your body will not always be what it was.

I was young and fit once, then I wasn't.

Now I'm old and fit, and I eat what I want and don't obsess about the changes my body is going through.

Focus on being happy, and your body and mind will be happy, and that will be reflected in how your body looks - to yourself and others.

Thanks for the wise words
