Yoga and/or meditate every day
Reach 100,000 students with vo leaflets
Socialize once monthly
Stop using as many google and facebook products as possible
Exercise (jog or ride bike or situps or walk or hike) 30 mins every day
Keep eating healthful foods every day
Be more creative (paint or write or draw or invent once weekly)
