Tobacco companies to run anti-tobacco ads starting Sunday

Starting Sunday, big tobacco companies will begin running ads telling the public that their products are deadly and addictive.

The federal government ordered R.J. Reynolds Tobacco, Philip Morris USA, Altria and Lorillard to air the blunt messages in prime time.

This comes eleven years after the justice department won a lawsuit that said the industry had "deceived the American public."

The companies are paying for these ads below
