The hell of a year that was, with tons of ups and downs, few bad lucks, few lessons, and few nice memories, 2017 is finally out on its way to purgatory. Yes, you heard it right, Purgatory; from where it’ll always remind us of our previous mistakes, problems and the way how we tackled them off grid. Leaving behind the trails of negative vibes and carrying the lessons it taught finally we are headed for the next journey of challenging three hundred and sixty five days.
In my context, resolutions I made, vows I took, promises I was careful not to break since the beginning of January 2017, meant nothing at the end of December. They all kept fading away and away in a cycle of remorse each day eventually bringing me back to the point, exactly where i started a year ago. So here comes 2018 and the cyclic moment in my life where I make clear of myself to do something new with great resolutions again and again. But this time I am determined and strong enough to seize this moment once and for all. The cycle where my new resolutions fade away, disappear and rise again will no longer visit my calendar because this time I’m going to break it, break it hard enough so that these fake moments when I yearly make fake promises and vows go forever.
Every great steps and changes that follow begin with small beginnings. Little steps I take of hope this year will shape my life onwards in the challenging path of beautiful year 2018. Mahatma Gandhi once said, Be the change you want to see in the world. And I want my behaviour and personality to be that change. Deep inside my thoughts I have true belief on what Gandhi said. The change I’ll hopefully bring on myself won’t be sufficient enough to bring a radical improvement on the degrading level of humanity, However I’ll learn to live on my own, free of orders, free of boundaries, free of fear, free of remorse, free, free and free.
Every Sun rises with new possibilities, hope and impregnable determinations to guide every creature on their journey. But till now we were nuts and dumb not to understand the vigour that nature pours over every standing thing on universe. So the journey of faith nature leads, directs us to some vague destination and unclear purpose to be accomplished. In my 2018, I’ll learn that vague purpose for which every entity around is encouraging me to be on that nature’s journey. I’ll discover the purpose of my life and converge my positive vibes to conquer the final destination. So every new day will teach me about the essence of life, promises I make with my parents. Every bit of bright rays will remind me of my responsibilities as a responsible son, brother and friend. All my life I’ve been taught to find happiness and satisfaction in the materialistic things around. However defying those moral science lessons, I’ll ignite sparks of happiness within myself. The sparks that will format all the negativities and guide me in the direction of eternal love, peace and freedom.
It’s never late to begin. Thus I begin this completely different chapter of my life starting this New Year. With all these positive hopes and the last ever resolution I’ll make in my life, I can feel bloods of invigoration and newness flowing through my veins. I’ve never been so alive and cheerful ever before. Therefore, to all the believers out there, never halt believing in yourself, break these annoying, fake cycles of resolutions and start a fresh HAPPY NEW YEAR 2018 with positive vibes and attitudes.
