What has become of us?

What has become of us? A trip on the train becomes a traumatic experience, after 3 people without masks are asked to leave the train and refuse. Coincidence that it is the same day as the protests in Amsterdam? And what about the fact that many others on the train were also not wearing masks, but these 3 were singled out. Could it be because two of them had dreadlocks and one with boots and nose ring? It doesn't matter anymore. This disgusting division continues. Only this time the train employee decided to stop the train, call security but also leave the train and walk away from the situation after letting everyone on the train car know that the train was being stopped because of these 3 young people without their masks. No, they did not get a fine. No, they did not get a mask offered to them. Yes, there were many others on the train who had only put the masks on the moment the train employee came into the train car. But these 3 people were singled out, left on the train car and then what happened? Well some masked passengers took it upon themselves to drag these 3 off the train and begin beating them on the train platform outside the train car. The doors of the train car closed so we could not get out to help them and could only watch helplessly and film with our cellphones. Eventually after blood and screams, the transit police did arrive as well as the original employee who created the situation, and of course the men who were NOT police, who were NOT train employees, who were ONLY masked passengers and had caused extreme violence, were allowed back onto the train. While the other 3 were held for questioning, wiping blood from their jackets and hugging eachother they tried to comfort one another of the painful reality of apartheid in a country that calls itself free, the Netherlands...
Disgusted, I tried to make my way home without holding onto the pain and anger. Instead I knew I would take the time to lodge a formal complaint with NS train company, which I attempted to do today. But instead of having the option to write an email or speak by phone to a complaints department or manager, I was told I could complain using a CHAT, FB or Twitter, or speak to a customer service employee who would then write down the complaint. But I don't use these social media sites, and am shocked to see that unlike almost any other major company in Holland, I cannot write a letter by post or send an email describing in MY OWN WORDS what I saw and attach the relevant details of platform, train schedule and employee description. Just another piece in the brave new world they want you to survive in now, where even if an injustice is done or seen, there will be no way to report it properly and no one to hold accountable...and the division won't just be upheld by authority but by the brainwashed goat sitting next to you on the train car...
