• Yes !
  As a result of the so called "mirgrant crisis" the government violated the established law in different cases, similar to the state´s infraction of the law regarding the european debt union.
  In this extract of a conversation however, she´s talking about the legal possibilities to change the western society by imigration:
  

Translation (literal):
"[...] and i think we don´t do enough outward PROPAGANDA, so maybe we have to go to africa, we have to go to the balkan states and say, listen: if you are a doctor, uhm doctor... i´m not sure about that; if you are an engineer, if you are an electrical engineer [...] you can legally imigrate to germany anytime. Most don´t know that, we even improved the conditions for the family reunification. And that we have to express more outwardly."
