Healthy summer dip for vegetables or pita chips.......HUMMUS

All you need is a few ingredients, a blender and 5 minutes...….

HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS:
1 lg can Garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
2T Sesame seed
1 lg Clove of garlic
3T Olive oil
1 lg Lemon juiced
1 lg Jalapeno (can use preserved jalapeno)
Few sprigs of mint if desired
Salt and pepper to taste
Water to make the right consistency

DIRECTIONS:

Combine in a blender oil and sesame seed, blend till it’s a paste. Then add garlic, jalapeno, and lemon juice blend again till smooth then add garbanzo beans and finish with necessary water. This is best served cold with pita chips.
