So my dad just mentioned to me about a new social media platform just like Facebook and Twitter but pays you to post and review posts. This sounds like a good idea.

Simple you work on steemit, your upvote items early you think will become trendy and get paid, you write articles only 4 per day and get paid; maybe lol...
you get steem, steempower and steem dollars. steem is tradable but does not earn interest, so change it into steem POWER this makes you earn more, you earn interest on SP and steem dollars . you sell S$ online 4 bitcoin and US$...
So post comments on other peoples authorings/writings and maybe get paid, vote and maybe get paid or write a story and maybe get paid.
You see it is simple; no one here cares about your name, location, credit card nor bank account, your steemit acct is a fun way to earn rewards and money.
You will not get rich on steemit, but you will be far better off than on the larger trash websites...
